I wish I'd read these reviews before buying! Luckily for me, my order was not very expensive. It took over a month to arrive (and I had to chase several times before it did). When it finally did arrive, an item was incorrect (a lower value item had been sent). I emailed but was told to use the online system, which wouldn't accept my order number, despite using the one on the confirmation they had sent. It's impossible to get a proper reply - they just keep copying and pasting the same generic response. I finally managed to get one of their online systems to work, only to receive the same generic email again. Hopeless customer service, long delivery times, incorrect items - AVOID!

Awful company providing faulty and defective goods. The customer service is appalling, unhelpful and blatantly awkward to avoid having to resolve complaints. My purchase was low value; after reading some of the other reviews (which I wish I had researched before placing an order) I cannot believe this company is still in operation. My advice would be to avoid using this company if you value your money and your sanity.

I cant leave minus Stars otherwise I would. What a rubbish, ignorant, rude rip off of a company. Waiting 3 months and still not arrived. Numerous contact emails resulted in nothing other than item located at delivery hub...initiated card dispute with my bank. Bring it on! Oh the Sensory Education site has closed..using Cheap Disability now..how evil can you get.

The company have the worst customer service, It is all a scam they sent out one of my items which was a small ball without ever intending to send out the most expensive thing i bought. The company are rude and completely unprofessional, I asked for help around 6 times and kept getting sent an email saying that i could use their portal to help so i sent a rude email to them and they got straight back to me saying they've refunded me as they don't want me buying from their company which i was glad about as i'd already contacted my bank about these scammers.

The lowest of the low! They prey on disabled children and adults knowing full well it’s a disabled person that is going to be losing money. Ordered on 24/10/22 over £300 worth of stuff for my 2 disabled daughter’s Christmas presents, never received anything, no tracking number. Yet the order states fulfilled on the website. No way of contacting them! The phone number is no use as it’s an automated message about covid. The email address is useless as you just get an automated response. They will take your money but won’t send your items. Absolutely disgraceful company. Don’t know how they sleep at night.

This company is the lowest of the low and they should not be allowed to trade utterly disgracefull customer service.

Goods ordered were not received in line with their website. Tried to contact the company and was directed to their portal and ended up going round in circles! As such we raised a chargeback through our credit card company and within a few days received an email from Sensory Education’s “customer care” team threatening bailiffs unless we withdrew the chargeback. As it happens, the goods finally appeared, much delayed but I would never wish to deal with company ever again.

Absolutely disgusting this company reply to you in a threatening manner, take your money and don’t send all the items! Only sent the cheapest item and they where rubbish and not as advertised and kept nearly £900 worth of items for my sons sensory garden and haven’t delivered them and now don’t reply to my emails or letters and now I’m going through my bank to try get my money back , these people shouldn’t be trading at all and they are just taking advantage of children and adults with disabilities. One thing I believe in is karma and it will come back on them tenfold, I’d advise against anyone using this company and have reported to the press and trading standards

Items never sent. Email queries get the same copy/paste response complete with mistakes in grammar and spelling, and no named contact or telephone number to follow up. This company is a massive scam and you should avoid it at all costs. If you've already sent them money, raise a dispute with your bank as soon as possible and report them to trading standards.

An absolute scam!

My order wasn’t correct and after completing the online returns form, and sending back the order to them I have never received my refund after almost a year of contacting them by email. You just get a ‘customer service’ email from someone called ‘Holly’ saying to please fill out their online form and someone will get back to you, but they never do!! I’ve sent screenshots of my numerous emails and each time the reply is just the same, very frustrating that this company are just ripping people off.

Also there is no way to speak to an actual person as the number advises you to email.I sent the return tracked so I know they have received it.I have also reported to trading standards and other agencies and media to warn others.
